Product Description:
CJX1 series AC contactors are mainly used for AC 50Hz or 60Hz, with rated insulation voltage of 660V~1000V and power lines with rated working current of 9A-475A at rated working voltage of 380V under AC-3 use category. It is used for turning on and off circuits over long distances, and applicable to control the start, stop and reverse of the AC motor. Meet the standards: GB / T14048.4, IEC / EN 60947-4-1.
Product Feature:
●Architectural structure:
The contactor is a direct motion mechanism of dual-break point contacts with three pairs of normally open main contacts. The contact support and armature use elastic lock and connection, eliminating the weak links. The action mechanism is flexible, manual inspection is convenient, the structure design is compact, can prevent external debris and dust from falling into the active part, and all wiring terminals are protected by covers to prevent direct contact with live parts. The contactor is small in size and small in installation area. It can be installed on a DIN rail or mounted with screws. Compared to other similar products, this contactor offers higher operation frequency and control capacity. The product is safe and reliable, representing an advanced international contactor model.
●Contact system:
The main and auxiliary contacts are made of silver alloy materials with superior electrical properties, which has a long service life and good contact reliability. The arc chute is enclosed and made of flame-retardant material to prevent arc splashing outward. For models le≤22A, there is no arc baffle; for models le≥32A, metal arc baffles are installed, ensuring safety for personnel and nearby electrical equipment. The wiring screws use a new type of self-lifting screw, with a arch-shaped washer that does not separate from the screw to save the wiring time.
●Magnetic System:The electromagnetic system operates reliably with low losses and low noise. It has high mechanical strength. The coil's wiring terminals are equipped with a voltage specification marker plate, which is color-coded according to the voltage level. This makes the markings clear and prominent, facilitating wiring and preventing coil from burning out due to incorrect voltage specification.
